The market has entered a festive Christmas rhythm, with shopping activity intensifying as the holidays approach.

Consumers are rushing to complete their final purchases for the Christmas table, with pastry shops enjoying increased demand during this period.

Melomakarona, kourabiedes, and the traditional Christmas cake continue to dominate the preferences of Cypriot consumers.

Shopping activity is expected to peak over the next three days, while the final opportunity for holiday purchases will be Wednesday, 24 December.

On Christmas Eve, retail shops will remain open until 7:00 pm.
