The Larnaca Sewerage Board (LSB) signed an agreement on January 3, for the fourth construction contract of Phase 3 of the Larnaca Sewage System, "Construction Contract G4: Tersefanou," with the consortium "Iacovou – Zemco (LSP) Joint Venture."

In an announcement from LSB, it is stated that "the Construction Contract G4, valued at 7.187 million euros, is the fourth of the five total construction contracts of the Phase 3 Project, which includes the Dromolaxia – Meneou Municipality and the communities of Kiti, Pervolia, and Tersefanou, for which an agreement was signed."

The scope of the Construction Contract G4 "is the construction of a sewage network in the settlement of Tersefanou and its connection with the works of Construction Contract G3. The total duration of the contract is twenty months, and the works are expected to commence shortly."

It is noted that "representatives from LSB, the "Iacovou – Zemco (LSP) Joint Venture" consortium, the Water Development Department, the legal representative of the Project's Consulting Engineers, the Mayor of Dromolaxia – Meneou, and representatives of the Tersefanou and Pervolia communities attended the signing of the Agreement."
