On September 18, Limassol witnessed the glamorous Grand Opening of Novikov Limassol, the latest jewel of the Novikov Restaurant Group, operated by Salone Hospitality / Italy&Co, set against the backdrop of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, a landmark project by Marfields Group.

The evening gathered the city’s finest — residents of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, distinguished guests, international friends of the brand, and Limassol’s vibrant community, who together created an unforgettable atmosphere of style and celebration.

Guests were welcomed with festive compliments from the chef and a full discovery of Novikov Limassol’s à la carte Mediterranean menu, crafted under the vision of brand chef Luca Natalini (Milan, AUTEM, Michelin Guide) and brought to life by head chef Nikita Bogatienko and his team. Luca himself was present to greet and entertain guests, sharing his culinary philosophy and signature touches that have made him one of the most exciting voices of the new Mediterranean cuisine.

The entertainment was as dazzling as the setting: the international band Phly Boyz flew in from France especially for the occasion, filling the evening with irresistible energy, music, and interaction that turned every moment into a celebration. Later, DJ sets kept the terrace overlooking the sea alive with dance and sparkle until the very last beat.

From the elegant terrace to the open kitchen and wine gallery, every corner of Novikov Limassol showcased the uncompromising quality and aesthetics that define the brand. The event marked not only the opening of a restaurant, but also the beginning of a new chapter in the island’s culinary and social life.

Novikov Limassol is now open daily from 18:00. Soon, the restaurant will also welcome guests during daytime hours, offering new opportunities to discover its unique take on Mediterranean dining.
