Holiday Lines Group Will Become an Equal Shareholder in TUS Airways, Alongside Existing Shareholders

Tus Airways has announced an investment agreement with the Holiday Lines Group, a key player in the tourism and leisure sector.

Under the terms of this multi-million-dollar agreement, the Holiday Lines Group, which owns Greek airline Bluebird Airways, will become an equal shareholder in TUS Airways, alongside existing shareholders Ken Woolley and Global Knafaim Leasing Ltd.

Ami Cohen and Arnon Englander, owners of the Holiday Lines Group, bring their extensive experience in the Mediterranean and European tourism markets to this partnership. The Group's portfolio includes Bluebird Airways, based in Heraklion, and several cutting-edge technology companies, including a leading online travel agency.

The collaboration is expected to have a positive impact on Cyprus' aviation and tourism industries, fostering economic and investment growth and enhancing the island's appeal as a destination. Furthermore, the agreement, still pending regulatory approval, promises to unlock new opportunities for TUS Airways and Bluebird Airways.
