Wizz Air Enhances Wizz Discount Club As Part Of Customer First Compass Initiative

Wizz Air will introduce a revised WIZZ Discount Club membership improving value, personalization and service for the customers

Wizz Air, EMEA’s most environmentally sustainable airline, is proud to announce important changes to the WIZZ Discount Club (WDC) as part of its ongoing commitment to putting passengers at the heart of its operations through the Customer First Compass initiative.
Starting from 29 April 2025, Wizz Air will introduce a revised WDC membership, bringing enhanced benefits tailored directly to customer feedback and aimed at improving value, personalization, and service for loyal customers across its network. The changes are a direct result of ongoing dialogue with passengers and reflect the airline’s mission to evolve in line with their needs and their wishes.
Members, in addition to fare discounts, will now benefit from:

Priority in Customer care queues

Exclusive offers to celebrate member’s birthday and membership anniversary

Dedicated discount and promotional offers (only for WDC members)

Enhanced benefits with our partners
These updates are the outcome of direct customer input and align with our broader Customer First Compass initiative, which is built around the four pillars of Product, Price, Service, and Communication. Wizz Air’s goal is to continuously improve the travel experience by investing in services its passengers truly value.
Existing WDC members will be informed of the changes and can choose to accept them or exit the program with a pro-rata refund (pro-portionate to the number of full months till expiration). The refund requests will be handled by Wizz Air’s Contact Centres through calls and chat.
