European Investment Bank (EIB) Vice President Kyriakos Kakouris is currently on an official visit to Cyprus. As part of the visit, the second tranche of a €200 million loan agreement between the Republic of Cyprus and the EIB is set to be signed today.

The installment, worth €100 million, will finance public road infrastructure projects managed by the Department of Public Works.

According to official announcements, the signing ceremony will take place this morning at the Ministry of Finance.
