Neapolis University Launches Cyprus’ First Undergraduate Program in AI

On Tuesday, Neapolis University Pafos held an event to officially present Cyprus’ first Undergraduate Program in Artificial Intelligence.
According to the University’s announcement, the program is highly selective, featuring top academic faculty, state-of-the-art laboratories, and strong connections with the global job market and technology industry. It leverages artificial intelligence to deliver adaptive, personalized learning tailored to each student’s needs.
As noted by Professor Savvas Chatzichristofis, Vice Rector for Innovation and Research at the University, the goal is “to be the first choice for our students and to measure our success through their achievements—academic, research-based, and professional.”
University Rector Professor Pantelis Sklias emphasized the program’s interdisciplinary nature and the urgent need to generate new knowledge in the rapidly advancing field of Artificial Intelligence. He also highlighted the University's vision to serve as a driving force in the region’s technological ecosystem.
