We are thrilled to share some remarkable news with you! This September, we are launching the 5th season of KidIT Cyprus (www.kidit.pro), expanding our reach to Limassol, Nicosia, and, for the first time, Paphos!

This project offers a unique, completely free tech education experience for families with children aged 5-13, aiming to transform young minds from passive technology consumers into active creators.

About KidIT Cyprus

KidIT Cyprus is more than just another tech education program. Since its inception in 2019, it has evolved into a groundbreaking social FamTech project, supported by the most progressive IT companies. Our mission is to empower children by guiding them through the process of creating their own products, such as games, and showcasing them at international IT conferences. The program is designed to develop both hard and soft skills, preparing children for a successful future in the digital age.

Our Four Secret Ingredients:

1. Our Approach: Beyond coding, we focus on developing a product mindset, teaching both technical and essential soft skills.

2. Immersive Learning Experiences: We provide hands-on learning through classes held inside IT companies, Kids Games Hackathons, and participation in expo zones at international IT and gaming conferences.

3. Parent Community: We foster a cross-cultural networking club for parents, offering support, engagement, and a sense of community through their children's learning experiences.

4. Heart and Social Responsibility: We instill empathy and community engagement through projects that support refugee centers and children with special needs.

Program Highlights:

• Sequential Technological Education Program: Running from September to July, we offer 15 unique programs tailored for different age groups (5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 12-13 years old). Children learn through visual environments like ScratchJr, Scratch, Tinkercad, Blender, and Unity, developing essential skills such as analytical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, communication, and teamwork.

• Small Group Learning: Classes are limited to 6-10 children, each guided by two Ninja-teachers with instruction in English. Each level culminates in a personalized game that children present at graduations and conferences.

• Comprehensive Activities: Beyond regular classes, our program includes international IT and gaming conferences, workshops for parents and children, excursions to IT company offices, game hackathons on social topics, and family bonding activities.

• Parent Networking Club: We create a vibrant networking club for parents, helping families adapt to the island while fostering a supportive community.

Special Announcements:

• Expansion to Paphos: We are excited to announce that starting this September, KidIT Cyprus is officially expanding to Paphos. We are proud to introduce our new partner, Beon Active Office, the most technologically advanced office space in Cyprus. Beon offers a flexible, innovative environment that adapts to the needs of its users, making it an ideal partner for our mission.

• Inclusive Groups and Neurodiversity Support: This season, we are placing a strong emphasis on inclusivity, ensuring that all children, regardless of their background, have access to free, innovative tech education. We are committed to supporting neurodiverse children and creating a learning environment where every child can thrive.
