The Cyprus State Scholarship Foundation (IKY), in collaboration with the French national agency Campus France, is offering scholarships to Cypriot citizens for studies in France during the 2025/26 academic year.

In its official announcement, the Foundation informs prospective students—planning to begin undergraduate, postgraduate, or doctoral studies in the winter semester of the 2025/26 academic year—that the relevant Call for Applications and the Application Form are now available on IKY’s official website. The scholarships are strictly for studies at universities in France.
