A Breakfast Worth Returning For at Vetrina
A Mediterranean breakfast experience at The Landmark Nicosia brings together Vetrina’s oasis-like setting with Exereton’s premium natural products.
Inside The Landmark Nicosia, Vetrina feels like its own get-away within the heart of the city, a place where breakfast is built around quality ingredients, relaxed hospitality and the kind of flavors that stay with you long after you leave.
During our visit, we had the chance to enjoy the signature Exereton Breakfast menu, created through the collaboration between Vetrina and Exereton. The concept brings together Vetrina’s Mediterranean-inspired food and deli identity with Exereton’s premium approach to natural, nutritious and creative products.
The breakfast itself was memorable from the first bite. The sugar-free granola stood out immediately, offering the right balance of texture, flavor and freshness without feeling heavy or overly sweet. Exereton’s sweet granolas are free from added sugar and artificial sweeteners, making them ideal for yoghurt bowls, pancakes and breakfast dishes that feel both enjoyable and balanced.
Another highlight was the fresh bougatsa, which was easily one of the best I have ever had. Warm, delicate and full of flavor, it brought a comforting, handmade quality to the table and added a more indulgent note to an otherwise fresh and nourishing breakfast experience.
What makes the collaboration especially interesting is how Exereton products are not simply placed on the menu, but incorporated into the dishes in a way that feels natural. From sweet and savory granolas to handmade nut butters, natural jams and signature breakfast creations, the experience reflects a shared commitment to healthy eating, premium ingredients and authentic Mediterranean flavors.
Vetrina itself adds another layer to the experience. More than a restaurant, it is designed as a Mediterranean food, wine, deli and retail destination, where guests can discover products while dining and then take their favorites home. The retail area includes carefully curated items such as olive oils, vinegars, cheeses, pasta, wines, preserves, spices and artisanal products from selected producers.
That “taste and take home” concept is one of the most charming parts of the visit. After enjoying breakfast, I left with a jar of 100% natural fig spread, a small reminder of the experience and a reason to continue it at home.
Vetrina at The Landmark is the kind of place that makes you want to return, not only for breakfast, but also to explore what it offers throughout the day. After such a strong first impression, lunch and dinner are definitely next on the list.
