The Moral Compass Game: Where Philosophy Becomes Play
Challenge Your Values in a Night of Debate, Connection, and Reflection in Nicosia.
Would you break the law to save a life?
Tell the truth even if it hurts someone deeply?
Put your needs before the group — or the other way around?
These are the kinds of real-life dilemmas participants will face this Friday, 9 May, at The Moral Compass Game — a free public event in Nicosia where philosophy, dialogue, and play come together in an entirely new way.
Experience the evening firsthand and explore what it might mean to partner with us for the next chapter.
Philosophy Shots is a growing public learning initiative in Cyprus that brings philosophical thinking closer to everyday life — no jargon, no degrees, no lectures.
For the past 3 months, we've held weekly gatherings in Nicosia where people from all walks of life reflect, debate, and connect through the ideas of 12 major philosophers — from Aristotle and Kant to Nietzsche, Ubuntu, and Sartre.
“We believe everyone deserves space to think critically and connect deeply. Philosophy is already in your decisions — we just help you see it.”
We’re now preparing the next chapter:
Big Books of East — a 3-month journey through Buddhist, Hindu, Taoist, and Confucian thought, explored in everyday language and through powerful public experiences.
To keep Philosophy Shots free, inclusive, and sustainable, we're looking for a small group of monthly or annual partners who align with our values and want to support open, cross-cultural reflection in Cyprus.
