Paralimni Marina, described as the largest landmark infrastructure project of the Municipality of Paralimni-Deryneia, is entering its final phase, marking a new era of development for the entire Famagusta District, the Municipality states in an announcement.

It is noted that the port works have already been completed, while construction related to the commercial and residential components of the project is progressing at an intensive pace and in line with the set timetable.

At the same time, the building that will house the Police and Customs Services, as well as the marina’s fuel station, is expected to become operational within the coming month, the announcement adds.

According to the Municipality, Paralimni Marina is a major, complex, and strategically important project that is expected to contribute decisively to the qualitative upgrading of the tourism product, the strengthening of the local economy, and the overall development momentum of the Municipality and the wider area, enhancing its role as a modern, international destination for maritime tourism.
