Piano and Violin Recital at The Shoe Factory

Featuring Irmina Trynkos and Pavel Timofeyevsky

The Pharos Arts Foundation inaugurates its 2024 season with a captivating recital by violinist Irmina Trynkos and pianist Pavel Timofeyevsky.

Described by BBC Music Magazine as "a rising star, impetuous and charismatic," "an incredible talent" by Gramophone, and "an indefatigable and expressive soloist whose self-assurance never falters, always resonating with strength and confidence" by Strad, Trynkos – since her major debut under Neeme Järvi – has performed in some of the world's most prestigious concert halls, including the Berlin Philharmonic, the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, and the Shanghai Grand Theatre.

Her debut album with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra became one of the best-selling albums of NAXOS and reached the Top 20 classical album charts.

For her debut in Cyprus, Trynkos will collaborate with the sought-after pianist and composer Pavel Timofeyevsky, winner of the BBC/Guardian Young Composer of the Year Award, who has already appeared in the largest concert halls worldwide.
