Cablenet, for another year, has successfully presented a double-digit percentage increase in revenue. Specifically, in 2023, it reached €74.3 million compared to €63.9 million in 2022, translating to a 16.2% increase. This significant growth is largely due to the continued increase in the subscription base, which saw a 29% rise compared to the previous year.

In the Mobile Telephony sector, the company continued its upward trend in market share in 2023, maintaining its title as the fastest-growing mobile network in the Cypriot market. Cablenet recorded a 52% increase in its subscriber base, surpassing 142,000 contract and pay-as-you-go subscribers by the end of 2023, along with a 54% increase in mobile telephony service revenue. During 2023, the transfer of subscribers to its own 4G frequency spectrum was completed. The company also invested in additional coverage and capacity capabilities, as well as in upgraded network design and control tools.

In the Fixed Services sector, Cablenet continued to invest in extending its network to new areas in Cyprus through fiber optics. By the end of 2023, Cablenet provided coverage to approximately 228,000 homes nationwide, up from about 205,000 at the end of 2022. The ongoing investment for extending coverage areas remains, with the goal of reaching 80% of households in Cyprus. By the end of 2023, about 85,000 households and 5,100 businesses trusted Cablenet for their broadband and other fixed services.

Cablenet's innovative product, Purple Max Internet, continues to be the flagship of its Internet service. Its superiority was recognized by global entities for its uniqueness and comprehensive, upgraded user experience. Specifically, Cablenet, along with its strategic partner Plume, achieved a significant victory at the 11th Annual Global Telecoms Awards, Glotel Awards of Telecoms.com, held in November in London. Winning the award in the Most Innovative Operator Cloud Offering category is a testament to Cablenet's commitment to innovation and excellence in the Telecommunications sector. In 2023, Cablenet, with Purple Max Internet, was also honored with nominations in other global telecommunications and technology awards, such as Network X in the Outstanding Smart Home Operator category and the World Communication Awards (WCA) in the Total Experience Award category.

In 2023, Cablenet occupied the first position in overall customer satisfaction (CSAT) and in the company recommendation index (Net Promoter Score or NPS) in the Cypriot telecommunications market. These indices cover the company's performance across the spectrum of its operations, such as network availability, customer service quality, and the professionalism of its installation teams.
