Limassol's Coastal Front Welcomes 'Trilogy', A New Culinary and Social Hub

The Much-Anticipated Opening of the Trilogy Public Plaza and Culinary Outlets Set for Summer

Something special is unfolding along the coastal front of Limassol: a new destination, a diverse community harmoniously integrated with the city. The anticipated delivery of the two landmark front towers at Trilogy is underway, with office and apartment owners beginning to take possession. Alongside this milestone, the completion of the 6,850 square meter public plaza is also set to welcome visitors this summer.

The pulse of Trilogy will beat in the public plaza, which boasts a unique personality and atmosphere unparalleled in Cyprus. With the energy of a European city and the charm of Mediterranean seaside living, the plaza will host curated dining spaces: Greek cuisine in the West Tower, an urban food court featuring artisan creations next to the shops and hair salon, and fine dining in the East Tower, set to become Trilogy’s premier restaurant and bar.

A landmark for food lovers and travelers from across the island and beyond, Trilogy’s plaza is poised to become the new must-visit destination. "Selecting the best team for this space was a priority for us. We sought talents that perfectly align with our brand and the project’s concept. We looked for individuals with passion, attention to detail, and authenticity, who embody the renewed and multinational character of today's Limassol. We sought individuals and teams with international expertise in Mediterranean culture. We were thrilled when Chef Athinagoras Kostakos took on the role of Culinary Director, supported by his team and our collaboration with 'The Clumsies' from Athens to create a unique cocktail menu," stated Michalis Hadjipanayiotou, Executive Director of Trilogy.

Athinagoras Kostakos is one of the most renowned chefs in Greece. His extensive experience and success in all aspects of dining back numerous successful global projects, such as 'Bacchanalia' in London's Mayfair, 'Mazi' in Notting Hill, 'Meraki' in London, Riyadh, and Porto Cervo, 'Soho House' in Malibu, and 'Lyra' in Chicago. His award-winning culinary journey and dedication are also reflected in 'Noema', 'Scorpios', 'Branco', and 'Soho House' in Mykonos, starting his journey as head chef at 'Bill and Coo'. His professionalism and knowledge perfectly complement 'The Clumsies' team, a bar in central Athens recognized among the world's top 50 bars for seven consecutive years. The team's attention to ingredients, flawless recipe execution, and customer interaction add an extra touch to their already exceptional cocktails with unique flavors.

"This is the new perspective we envisioned for Limassol," notes Mr. Hadjipanayiotou. "The Trilogy’s live-work-play triptych will be reflected in the energy and optimism of our specialized dining team." Managed and operated by Lanitis Entertainment Ltd, the West Tower restaurant and food court are set to open this summer. The iconic East Tower restaurant and bar, designed by the globally renowned Lambs and Lions Studio in Berlin, will open in September, along with the shops and hair salon.
