Mr. Petrou, it is great to have you on FastForward. To start, what services does Moebius provide?

Our main area of operation is the development of our business automation software, also called Moebius. Our objective in developing Moebius is to create an easy-to-use software that solves everyday business problems for a wide range of industries regardless of size.

We address this objective by identifying the root needs of businesses through, consultation with specialist business users, then develop the functions, features and design of the system to address those root needs. So, in effect Moebius is built by business people for business use.

Moebius contains functions that any business can benefit from using. For example, it delivers an integrated package containing, but not limited to, customer management, time and billing, document management, human resources and sales lead management. It combines these universal functions with specialist tools for regulated organizations such as compliance, company administration and legal case management.

Using Moebius, a Legal practice for example, can cover all its needs for managing clients, performing due diligence and compliance reviews, managing cases, working with documents, recording time, and the full billing cycle from issuing invoices to collecting payment.

For ASPs there is, in addition, full capital management, forms for submission to the registrar, corporate register and corporate structures, and a project management function for gathering all the information for client projects in a single easy-access point.

Because Moebius is a flexible and configurable system, other businesses – such as audit or accounting firms – can use the same functions to manage their businesses by easy adjustment of the various functions parameters to meet their requirements.

Distinguishing between hype and genuine advancements that deliver value to our customers in areas such as AI, is crucial. Therefore, we methodically plan to enhance Moebius's capabilities in AI (LLM & NLP) and robotic process automation while keeping optimal software architecture design.

2. Customer Service: We consider our customers as long-term partners and, simply put, we want our customers to be happy. Moebius is a business productivity tool. It exists to make the life of our users easier and more productive. Customer Service is not only about supporting customers when help is needed. Its also about offering a solid well-designed solution with minimal errors and bugs. So, for us the philosophy of Customer Service begins with the delivery of a stable reliable solution, continues through the implementation of the system at a client site and is ongoing throughout the relationship. For example, when existing customers ask for specific enhancements right up to the point of delivery, and encompasses the whole process including quality assurance testing, penetration testing, and support materials.

3. Partnerships: We are looking into expanding and growing our ecosystem via integrating with industry leading solutions and thus bringing synergies to our product offering that will help our customers move their businesses forward.
