Mindset Talks 7: Paphos Hosts Largest Growth Conference of the Year

The conference brought together more than 40 leading speakers specializing in personal and business development.

With great success, Cyprus hosted its largest-ever personal and business development conference, organized by Growth Hacking Cyprus and Netcast Zone, in collaboration with the Enavsma Foundation. The event took place over the weekend of November 30 - December 1 at the Attikon Multipurpose Hall in Paphos, attracting over 400 enthusiastic participants.

The conference brought together more than 40 leading speakers specializing in personal and business development, marking a milestone for Cyprus. The primary goal was to curate a strong roster of experts. In business development, top-tier strategic consultants and industry leaders shared insights on achieving success for major global brands. Meanwhile, personal development professionals delivered inspiring talks, sharing true stories, proven strategies, and timeless advice.

The event aimed to inspire attendees while providing practical knowledge and actionable solutions. Each session offered participants valuable opportunities to:

  • Improve their skills,

  • Enhance their market presence, and

  • Learn techniques to attract clients to their businesses.

Business development presenters highlighted cutting-edge practices and strategies proven to drive innovation and growth. Simultaneously, personal development speakers focused on overcoming challenges, strengthening skills, and harnessing personal power.

Networking and Collaboration

Another significant objective was fostering networking opportunities for both participants and speakers. The conference created an environment where like-minded individuals could connect, share their passions, and explore potential collaborations—laying the groundwork for collective growth and positive societal impact.

The event’s smooth execution was a testament to meticulous planning. Expanding the conference to two days and increasing the number of speakers proved to be a well-received decision. Paphos, with its picturesque setting, provided the perfect backdrop for a unique weekend experience.

Attendance exceeded expectations, with over 600 participants each day. This overwhelming turnout underscored the conference's importance as a platform for attendees to take their first step toward their next success.

Special thanks were extended to everyone involved, from organizers and sponsors to supporters. The event concluded with the announcement of next year’s conference, set for November 29-30, 2025.

The event was held under the auspices of the Paphos Municipality.
