On January 16, 2025, Eurobank completed the sale of its 8.58% stake (17,152,353 shares) in Demetra Holdings Plc to Logicom Services Limited for approximately €27 million, equivalent to €1.55 per share.

This transaction is part of a broader strategic agreement between Eurobank, Demetra Holdings, and Logicom. In addition to this sale, the agreement includes Eurobank acquiring an additional 24.66% stake in Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd. This stake comprises:

• 21.33% from Demetra Holdings

• 3.33% from Logicom

The completion of this phase of the agreement is expected by February 10, 2025, subject to obtaining the required regulatory approvals.
