Cyprus Professionals Association Established in Greece
A New Platform to Support Cypriot Professionals in Business, Science, and Culture
The establishment of the Association of Cypriot Professionals in Greece (ACPG) was officially announced yesterday in Athens.
The association aims to serve as a modern platform for collaboration, professional development, and the promotion of the Cypriot business, scientific, and cultural community in Greece. It also seeks to open new avenues for innovation and excellence, leveraging the contributions of Cypriots active in Greece.
ACPG was founded by a group of distinguished Cypriots with extensive experience and recognized achievements in business, science, and culture. With the support of the Embassy of Cyprus in Greece, the association aspires to become a key pillar for enhancing and promoting Cypriot professionals within Greek society.
Through its website and social media channels, ACPG aims to strengthen the presence of Cypriot professionals in Greece by fostering partnerships with the Greek business and professional community. Under the slogan "Uniting Our Strengths for a Stronger Future for Cypriot Professionals," the association invites Cypriot entrepreneurs and professionals in Greece to actively participate in its initiatives.
ACPG President, Despina Panayiotou Theodosiou, emphasized the significance of this initiative:
"The establishment of ACPG marks a milestone for the Cypriot community in Greece. We are joining forces to strengthen the presence of Cypriot professionals, promote innovation, and contribute meaningfully to the continued development of strong ties between Greece and Cyprus."
Cyprus's Ambassador to Greece, Stavros Avgoustides, also highlighted the association’s importance:
