Doers United at Reflect Festival 2025: Limassol Hosts 10,000+ Doers from EMEA
This year, Reflect Festival featured four main stages, each focused on a distinct sector of innovation.
Startups, investors, and technology experts gathered once again in Limassol on 15–16 May for Reflect Festival 2025. Cyprus’ flagship technology and entrepreneurial event delivered another impactful two-day edition packed with discussions, networking, and cross-border collaboration. Held at Kolla Factory, the festival welcomed over 10,000 participants and strengthened connections between Emerging Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Reflect is organised by The Doers Company.
“I’m proud that Reflect Festival continues to be a key meeting point for technology and innovation in emerging markets. We are focused on building stronger connections in the region and showcasing Cyprus as a growing entrepreneurial hub,” said Stylianos Lambrou, co-founder and CEO of The Doers Company.
During the festival, Limassol was buzzing with startups seeking funding, investors scouting the next big opportunity, corporate leaders pursuing tech-driven innovation, and other tech enthusiasts, students, scientists, and policymakers. With more than 200 investors, 300+ startups, and over 150 speakers, attendees were treated to high-quality networking, meaningful business interactions, and cutting-edge insights into the latest tech trends.
Beyond the main event, more than 30 side events took over Limassol’s city centre, offering curated meetups, private gatherings, investor-founder matchmaking, and industry-specific roundtables. These experiences provided additional space for conversations, partnerships, and deal-making beyond the main stages.
This year, Reflect Festival featured four main stages, each focused on a distinct sector of innovation:
-
The Big Picture Stage – Key trends shaping the tech and entrepreneurial world, presented by experienced founders and business leaders.
-
The Money Stage, brought to you by payabl. – A dedicated space for discussions on finance, fintech, crypto, and investment strategies, helping entrepreneurs and investors navigate a rapidly evolving financial landscape.
-
The Future Stage – A deep dive into the future of humankind, covering health and wellbeing, sustainability, the evolving workforce, ethical innovation, and the future of cities and mobility.
-
TechIsland Stage – On Day 1, it hosted the TechIsland Summit, where government, technology, and business leaders discussed the trends shaping innovation and Cyprus’ role as a growing tech hub. On Day 2, the stage transformed into the Future of Health and Wellness Stage, curated by the Future of Wellness Group, spotlighting innovations, research, and best practices transforming physical health, mental resilience, and the way we live.
The festival also featured interactive workshops, private lounges, and roundtable discussions for deeper conversations and knowledge-sharing.
Reflect Festival continued its tradition of fostering high-value interactions between promising startups and seasoned investors. A highlight of this year was the launch of the first-ever Doers Pitch — a live “Shark Tank”-style startup competition where selected startups pitched directly in front of 200+ investors actively scouting for their next big investment. This initiative generated tangible opportunities for follow-up meetings, funding discussions, and business exposure.
"Reflect Festival is a must-attend event for anyone looking to connect with the most promising startups in the region. Countless investment conversations happen here," explained Dusan Duffek, Managing Partner and Co-founder of The Doers Company.

The vibrant expo featured more than 150 exhibitors - from early-stage startups showcasing groundbreaking technologies to established players presenting their latest solutions. Attendees also engaged in curated startup-investor meetups, spontaneous networking lounges, and exclusive events spread throughout the city centre, creating space for deeper conversations and fresh connections.
Reflect Festival 2025 was made possible thanks to the support of leading partners, including Platinum Sponsors payabl. and Exness; Gold Sponsors CYTA Business, Imperio, the Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF), Scaffolding Solutions, and Skroutz; Silver Sponsors Elias Neocleous & Co LLC, Hellenic Bank, Invest Cyprus, National Bank of Greece, Nespresso, Pafilia, and Social Discovery Group; and Bronze Sponsors Anymaster, BrainRocket, FlexCar, Mellow, PayPal, PwC, and SOFTSWISS.
