AIPFE Cyprus-Women of Europe is proud to announce the launch of the third cycle of is Mentoring Program, designed to empower the next generation of female leaders by connecting them with accomplished professionals and decision-makers. This initiative aims to provide mentees with expert guidance, valuable feedback and essential industry knowledge.

Running from 15 September 2025 to 14 February 2026, the program offers a supportive environment for women aged 18 and above who are seeking support and guidance for their professional development.

AIPFE’s vision is to empower women at all stages of their careers by equipping them with the tools and support needed to excel in their professional development.

The Open Call for mentees will be announced on the 20th of May. Interested candidates must submit their applications by the 17th of June 2025. Mentees will be selected based on the strength and quality of their applications and matched with mentors according to their preferences and professional aspirations. Please note that places are limited, and submission does not guarantee placement in the program.

Successful applicants will be notified by the end of July 2025 and matched with a dedicated mentor. From September, mentees will engage in one-on-one sessions with their mentor designed to offer insight, feedback and support. A minimum of five sessions will be held over the course of the 5 months. Sessions can be arranged in person, online or in hybrid format, and typically last around one hour.

This program is open to ambitious women across all industries and professions, regardless of background, role, or title. It is designed to support women aged 18+ at any stage of their professional journey, with focus on: 

• Early Career stage 

• Career advancement 

• Work-Life balance 

• Career change 

• Entrepreneurship

This year’s program brings together a diverse group of 16 highly experienced mentors from a range of industries and professional backgrounds.
