Ancoria Bank Appoints Marios Hatzikyriakou as Chief Executive Officer
Central Bank of Cyprus approves new CEO appointment.
Ancoria Bank has announced the appointment of Marios Hatzikyriakou as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), following the receipt of the required approval from the Central Bank of Cyprus. At the same time, Mr Hatzikyriakou has also been appointed as an Executive Member of the Board of Directors.
Mr Hatzikyriakou began his career in the banking sector in 1998, gaining professional experience in Cyprus and abroad, where he held senior management positions in the areas of Investments and Capital Markets. Prior to joining Ancoria Bank, he served as General Manager of Wealth Management at Eurobank Cyprus and as Deputy Head of Private Banking within the Eurobank Group. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Baruch College, City University of New York, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Cyprus.
