Michalis Skender has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Cyta, effective December 16, 2024.

According to a Cyta announcement, Mr. Skender brings extensive experience in finance and management, having held senior positions in prominent companies such as JCC Payment Systems LTD, PlatinumServe LTD, 3CX Group, Alpan Group, and Cyprus Trading Corporation (CTC). Additionally, he has significant expertise in the telecommunications sector.

Cyta emphasized that Mr. Skender’s expertise in strategic financial planning, cost management, operational efficiency, and business effectiveness is expected to play a pivotal role in the organization’s continued growth and evolution.
