The idea for My Office Business Center mainly stemmed from a personal need. I needed a ready, practical space to work in without dealing with renovations or buying equipment. So, in 2016, we started with just 3 offices and 80 square meters in Strovolos.

What Kind of Needs Can a Space Like This Cover? Is It Only for Young Professionals, or Do Large Companies Also Use It?

My Office is for everyone! We have spaces that accommodate large companies, as well as cater to freelancers.

Our goal is to offer ideal working conditions by covering all the practical needs of an office. In other words, our clients are entirely freed from concerns about creating, maintaining, cleaning, or renovating the space they use.

We take full responsibility for everything, including modern technology and safety systems: lighting, alarms, fire protection, video intercom, access control, and surveillance of common areas via CCTV.

At My Office, we have the ability to host professionals and companies from all sectors.

For example, we currently work with tech companies, developers, advertisers, lawyers, psychologists, and dietitians—hosting teams and professionals ranging from 1 to 50 people.

Our spaces adapt to the needs of each team or individual. We have small offices starting at 8 sq.m. for one person, as well as larger ones up to 200 sq.m. for big teams.

By listening to their needs, we’ve grown to more than 45 offices and 1100 sq.m. across two buildings—and we’re still expanding.

By the end of this month, we’re adding another 320 sq.m. of new, modern office space. Our expansion is driven by market needs and the people we interact with.
