Petrolina Appoints Marios Lefkaritis as New Executive Chairman
Company confirms leadership changes and new board member after former chairman’s passing.
Petrolina announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed Marios Lefkaritis as the new Executive Chairman.
According to the official announcement, the Company’s Board of Directors convened on Friday, 14 November 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at the company’s headquarters in Larnaca and decided, among other matters, that Mr. Marios Lefkaritis, Executive Director, will assume the role of Executive Chairman.
At the same time, the Board appointed Maria Loulla Lefkaritis as a Member of the Board of Directors.
As noted, Ms. Loulla Lefkaritis holds a BSc in Economics from University College London, an MSc in Finance from Imperial College London, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She currently works in London as an executive at Egon Zehnder.
