Cyprus Computer Society has undertaken the implementation in Cyprus of the AWS AMAZON WEB SERVICES re/Start. It is a full-time development and training program that prepares individuals for entry-level cloud positions.

In the first phase, the program will be offered free to women, within the context of the co-funded European project FEMME FORWARD.

This call covers 30 positions. The duration is 12 weeks and will be offered through internet on a full time instruction basis (09.00–16.00). It is expected to start on October 2nd.

Applications can be received from women with the following profile:

• professionals of any discipline who want to change careers to IT for better job prospects
• college/university graduates from non-tech degrees who want to move into tech positions
• high school graduates seeking to launch an IT career
• unemployed or re-entering the labor market after maternity
• migrants, refugees and others belonging to vulnerable groups
• women who want to upskill for better job opportunities

A good level of English language is required. Also, as the program is completely online, participants need to have access to a reliable computer and stable internet connection.
