AI, Data, and Customer Experience Take Center Stage in Nicosia
Nicosia is set to host one of Cyprus’s most anticipated tech events of the year—the 4th CITEA Digital Cyprus Conference, taking place on Friday, June 20, 2025, at Pavillion Hall. Organised by the Cyprus Information Technology Enterprises Association (CITEA), a member of the Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB), the conference will bring together over 600 delegates, 20 sponsors and exhibitors, and a diverse line-up of local and international speakers.
The event will spotlight Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Customer Experience Transformation—three key pillars driving digital innovation across sectors. Under the theme “Driving Business Success through Digital Technologies,” the conference aims to equip executives, policymakers, and tech professionals with practical insights and strategic tools to thrive in a digital-first economy.
The day kicks off with a keynote from Deputy Minister of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy, Dr Nicodemos Damianou, setting the tone for a series of dynamic sessions. From Salesforce and HPE to Dell Technologies and Capgemini, global leaders will showcase how AI agents, predictive analytics, and zero-trust architectures are transforming businesses—while Cypriot voices such as Primetel, Cyta, and GrantXpert will ground discussions in local success stories.
