Bringing Children Dreams and Passions to Life at the 3rd Youth Tech Fest Cyprus 2025

The most anticipated FREE TO ATTEND event that celebrates children's devotion to Creativity, Innovation, Technology, Entrepreneurship, and acknowledging educators' efforts to equip our young generation for a technology-driven society, the 3rd Youth Tech Fest Cyprus 2025 is taking place on February 1st at The Warehouse by IT Quarter in Limassol.

Based on the successes and a significant growth of the previous events, the organisers are pushing the boundaries of event planning and execution to bring more diversity and inclusion to this unique academic event. It is welcoming to all children aged 4 to 19 years old regardless of their gender, background, socio-economic status, physical and learning limitations and neurocognitive profiles. The new venue has been chosen to support physical access for disabled participants and to broaden multilingual diversity the official languages are Greek, English and Russian.

With the engagement of over 6,000 families from different backgrounds, Youth Tech Fest has established the reputation of enhancing cross-cultural relationships and communication based on the love for our children’s wellbeing and future. The Festival unites young people from both private and public schools, as well as their parents, educators, policy makers, senior representatives from government and businesses from established and growing sectors of Cyprus economy. Some of the most prominent international thought leaders and experts, many of whom have never been to Cyprus, are being flown in to offer the external prospective on best educational practices and proven techniques. Strategically chosen young Cypriot game changers and sport personalities will join the VIP Speaker Faculty to facilitate peer-to-peer learning and encouragement to engage in the holistic ESTEAM (Entrepreneurship, Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Maths) education and careers. 

The established elements of the event include:

  • Edutainment Fair that is packed with interactive age appropriate shows, workshops, masterclasses, hands-on activities, music and dance performances led by educators, engineers, scientists, artists and professional entertainers in the thematic zones such as Gaming, Robotics, Fun Science, Innovation, XR/VR, ECO and Art. 

  • EdX Summit (Educational Experience Summit) offers engaging  “shared knowledge, shared experience” networking platform that will provide latest insights on the trends and technological adoption in education. The international VIP Speaker lineup includes most reputable film producers, sport personalities, founders, CEOs and executives of organisations such as Women In Tech Global, Google Gaming, Junior Achievement Europe, UK’s Department of Science, Innovation and Technology, not to forget our favourite AI powered chatbot AInstein Junior born in bred in Cyprus.  

  • ESTEAM Projects Contest: that is open to all innovative STEM projects designed by students from primary and secondary schools that demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset and the deployment of research, innovation and technology acumen. 

  • Cubing League Tournament that invites all Rubik’s Cube enthusiasts to participate and experince the wonderful world of Speedcubing tournament 

In addition, and for the first time ever, the Youth Tech Fest introduces:

  • Cyber Sport Cup that brings together the most talented high school students who are passionate about mobile gaming and dream of achieving big wins in the world of esports in the style of Brawl Stars - the most successful mobile esports game in the world.

  • Film and Dance Festival  the international event that celebrates the artistry of film and videomaking with participation of over 44 countries 

  • STEM Robotics Competition the Cyprus’s chapter of the international competition for the 3rd - 6th grade students from Primary Schools. We place specific focus and offer free robotics kits to the children from underprivileged and displaced families that have been unable to have such experiences before. 

The Festival is run under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and headlined by Punin Group. Special thanks go out to the existing partners such as Quadcode, FUNecole, Adsterra for their contributions.
