London Hosts International Food and Drink Event with Notable Presence from Cyprus

The International Food and Drink Event (IFE), a prominent three-day international food and beverage exhibition, opened its doors on Monday at the ExCel exhibition center in London, featuring notable participation from Cyprus.

Specifically, the Ministry of Energy, Commerce, and Industry, in collaboration with the Commercial Center of the Republic of Cyprus in London, is participating with a national pavilion. The pavilion showcases offerings in two main sections: the "International Cuisine" and the "Frozen/Frozen Food" categories.

Cyprus' participation includes 21 companies presenting a wide range of products. These encompass halloumi and other dairy products, olive oil and other oils, frozen baked goods and vegetables, loukoumia (traditional Cypriot sweets), honey, beverages, bulgur wheat, natural sea salt, potatoes, and more.

The IFE exhibition is held annually and is the United Kingdom's largest food and beverage expo, attracting over 25,000 visitors—primarily traders from wholesale and retail sectors—and 1,500 exhibitors from 100 countries.
