Kombos to Attend Fac in Luxembourg
From Ukraine and Middle East stability to evolving EU-China trade relationships, Cyprus Foreign Minister Constantinos Kombos prepares to represent the island at today's Foreign Affairs Council.
Cyprus Foreign Minister, Constantinos Kombos, is travelling to Luxembourg to participate in the Foreign Affairs Council that will take place on Monday.
A press release issued by the Foreign Ministry said that EU Ministers will discuss the Russian aggression against Ukraine, with the participation, via videoconference, of the Ukrainian Foreign Minister, Andrii Sybiha, the situation in the Middle East, EU-China relations and Ebola outbreak.
Before the start of the Council's work, the Foreign Ministers will have an informal exchange of views with the Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ararat Mirzoyan.
The FAC will be followed by the EU-Egypt Association Council.
On the sidelines of the Council, Kombos will hold bilateral meetings with his counterparts.
