The 6th Edition of Fast Forward's Forward-Thinking Circles Brought Together Industry Leaders in an Open, Insightful Dialogue Focused on Diversity, Inclusion, Workplace Culture, and Employee Wellbeing.
Fast Forward successfully hosted the 6th edition of its signature event, Forward-Thinking Circles: Building Inclusive Workplaces in Cyprus. At PAUL Zenas Kanther, the event brought together a diverse group of prominent professionals from across multiple industries for an open, sincere, and impactful discussion. The primary focus of this edition centered around modern workplace culture, diversity, inclusion (DEI), and prioritizing comprehensive employee wellbeing within the Cypriot corporate ecosystem.
The insightful and deeply impactful roundtable conversation was expertly moderated by Stephanos Evangelides, representing Accept - LGBT Cyprus. Under his guidance, the panel examined the practical steps businesses in Cyprus must take to foster environments where every individual feels seen, valued, and safe.
