Launch of Updated “Minds in Cyprus” Platform to Connect with Cypriots Abroad

Christodoulides highlights opportunities for Cypriot talent to return or contribute from abroad.

The President of the Republic, Nikos Christodoulides, announced the launch of the updated electronic platform “Minds in Cyprus, aimed at building a bridge with Cypriots living and working abroad.

In a post on social media, President Christodoulides stated: “In May, we presented the ‘Minds in Cyprus’ initiative, a strategic choice of the Government designed to establish a strong, dynamic bridge with our compatriots living and working abroad.”

He added: “Today marks the next important step, with the launch of the updated platform, www.mindsincyprus.com.”

Through mindsincyprus.com, interested individuals can now access the Ministry of Labour’s new platform, “Opportunities for Talent”, where they can view available job openings in Cyprus, register, and receive personalized updates on opportunities matching their profile. At the same time, the platform also provides the first version of the Information Hub, offering useful resources for those considering repatriation.

President Christodoulides emphasized: “The repatriation and reintegration of Cypriot talent are integral parts of our broader strategy for the development and future of our country.”

He continued: “Cyprus is changing, and it needs you all. Whether you choose to return or contribute from abroad, your role is of great significance to us and to our Cyprus.”

Concluding, the President invited Cypriots to join the effort: “I call on you to come to our country and help us change it—with you as the protagonists.”
