OPAP has announced the acquisition of the remaining 15.51% stake in Stoiximan for a total consideration of €191.6 million, plus net cash adjustments as of the transaction’s closing date.With this transaction, OPAP increases its ownership in the Company to 100%, completing a full acquisition.

This investment further strengthens OPAP’s leading position in Greece and Cyprus, while also reinforcing its strategic focus on the online sports betting and iGaming markets.

OPAP initially invested in Stoiximan in 2018, recognizing its strong growth potential, and gradually increased its stake through two additional transactions in 2020. Today, Stoiximan is the undisputed leader in the rapidly growing online betting market, confirming the strategic soundness of OPAP’s long-term investment.

Stoiximan will continue to be supported by Kaizen Gaming, providing cutting-edge technology and differentiated product offerings to ensure a seamless customer experience, reliability, and innovation.

The completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approval by Cypriot authorities and is expected to be finalized during the third quarter of 2025.

OPAP and Stoiximan will continue to operate independently, maintaining separate licenses, brands, and management teams.
