Zygos Turns the Page and Begins Its Next Chapter

Limassol, Cyprus – 11 June 2026

The opening notes of Metallica's Enter Sandman were not what many attendees expected from a software launch. Yet they perfectly captured the message behind the evening. After more than 30 years serving professional service firms, Zygos is not standing still.

On Tuesday, 9 June, Zygos officially unveiled its next generation platform, introducing a completely redesigned experience built for lawyers, accountants, corporate service providers, and in-house legal teams.

The new platform is the result of two years of focused development and reflects a simple observation: the way professional services firms work today is fundamentally different from the environment many systems were originally built for.

Opening the event, Nikolas Chatziavraam, CEO of Zygos, reflected on the company's journey and the thinking behind the new platform.

"The way work is created, delivered, reviewed, billed, and managed has changed," he said. "This new version represents where Zygos is going next. We are proud of what we presented, but even more excited about what comes after this."

Melpo Georgiou, Product Manager at Zygos, presented the new platform and the thinking behind its development. Drawing on years of client feedback and day-to-day interactions with users, she demonstrated how the platform has been redesigned to simplify processes, improve visibility, and create a more connected experience across workflows, compliance, billing, documents, and client management.

The presentation also showcased how artificial intelligence has been incorporated into the platform in a practical way, helping users access information faster, reduce repetitive work, and work more efficiently within their existing processes.

A recurring theme throughout the presentation was the role clients have played in shaping the platform's evolution. Long-standing customer relationships and continuous feedback helped define priorities and influence the direction of development.

Marios Vasileiou, CTO of Zygos, focused on the technology behind the platform and the principles guiding its development. He outlined the company's investment in modern cloud infrastructure, high-availability architecture, enhanced security controls, and a responsible approach to AI adoption.

Particular emphasis was placed on privacy, reliability, and user control, ensuring that firms can benefit from new technologies while maintaining the trust and security required in professional services. The presentation also highlighted the platform's open architecture and future-ready foundation, designed to support continued innovation in the years ahead.

The event brought together clients, partners, and professionals from across the legal, accounting, and corporate services sectors, many of whom have worked with Zygos for years and have contributed to its evolution through their feedback and support.

More than a product launch, the evening marked the beginning of a new chapter for Zygos. One built on continuous improvement, close collaboration with clients, and a commitment to helping professional service firms navigate the next decade of change.
