Starting today, the Ministry of Finance is officially accepting applications for the "Rent-to-Installment" scheme. The submission period will remain open until July 31, 2026.

As announced by the Ministry, application forms are available electronically at the following link: KEDIPES Rent-to-Installment Scheme. However, please note that applications must be submitted in printed (hard copy) form only at the district offices of KEDIPES.

For those who cannot print the documents at home, physical application forms are also available at the following KEDIPES offices:

• Nicosia: 7 Grigori Afxentiou
• Limassol: 97 Gladstonos, Oasis Complex, Block E, 3rd Floor
• Larnaca: 5 Georgou Christodoulidi
• Paphos: 7 Kinyra & Korivou Corner, Galaxy Mansion, Shop 4
• Paralimni: 4 Griva Digeni, 1st Floor

Borrowers are encouraged to review the eligibility criteria and prepare their documentation promptly to meet the summer deadline.
