Top 50 high-value property sales across Cyprus totaled €286.4 million in the first half of 2026, driven heavily by Limassol's dominant real estate sector, according to new data released by Ask Wire.

The total value of the 50 most expensive property sales between January and June 2026 amounted to €286.4 million, Ask Wire said in a press release on Tuesday.

Top 10 Transactions Lead Market Growth

As noted, the 10 most expensive sales during the first half of the year had a combined value of €161.7 million, with the most expensive sale being for agricultural land with a building in Moni, Limassol district, priced at €55 million.

Regional Breakdown of Top Transactions

It is added that, in the list of the 10 most expensive properties across Cyprus, Limassol district accounts for six transactions worth €117.2 million, followed by the Pafos district with three transactions worth €35.5 million and the Larnaca district with one transaction worth €9 million.

Limassol Sustains Market Dominance

According to the company, the analysis confirms Limassol’s momentum in the market, as the 10 most expensive sales in the district totalled €148.2 million, accounting for 51.7 per cent of the total value of the 50 most expensive sales in the first half of the year.

District Comparisons Across Cyprus

It is added that the district of Paphos follows behind, as the value of its ten most expensive transactions exceeds €68.8 million and accounts for 24 per cent of the total value, the top ten in the Nicosia district reached a value of €26.7 million, whilst the value of the 10 most expensive transactions in the district of Famagusta slightly exceeded that of Larnaca, reaching €21.4 million compared with €21.2 million.
