The scholarship award ceremony for Huawei's Seeds for the Future program was successfully held on Friday, April 5, recognizing 30 undergraduate and postgraduate students from five educational institutions. This initiative underlines Huawei's commitment to financially supporting talented students involved in significant Information and Communications Technology (ICT) projects and known for their outstanding performances.

The ceremony was attended by government officials and representatives from the participating universities. These included the European University Cyprus, Frederick University, the University of Cyprus, the University of Nicosia, and the Cyprus Technological University. The students from the ICT sector had the opportunity to participate, broaden their horizons through the program, and gain rewards for their efforts.

Through the Seeds for the Future Scholarships program, Huawei supports talented young individuals globally and motivates them to achieve their goals. The Seeds for the Future is Huawei's largest and most traditional Corporate Social Responsibility program, fostering top talents and inspiring the next generation of leaders through technological innovation and intercultural exchange for over a decade.

To date, the program has been implemented in 139 countries. In our country, the Seeds for the Future Scholarships program has been running since 2021, continually attracting more and more talented students and thereby strengthening the country's ICT sector.
