10th Paphos International Film Festival Returns

10th Paphos International Film Festival Returns

From June 27–29, PIFF transforms Paphos into a hub of short films, comedy, and culture under the stars — free and open to all adults.

For the tenth consecutive year, the Paphos International Film Festival (PIFF) returns to Technopolis20, turning summer nights into a celebration of cinema and positive energy. From June 27 to June 29, the cultural heart of Paphos will come alive with powerful imagery from around the globe, offering a rich program of short films — ranging from dramatic stories and documentaries to bold comedies.

This year’s edition is a special anniversary celebration and kicks off on Friday, June 27, with a unique evening dedicated to the most beloved comedies that have been screened at the festival over the years. It’s an open invitation for audiences to relive moments of laughter and cinematic nostalgia — drink in hand, under the starry Paphos sky.

Admission is free, screenings begin at 20:45, and are suitable for adults (18+) only. All films are shown with English subtitles, making the festival accessible to both locals and international visitors.

The festival is directed by Nikolas Ioannou and Sylvia Nicolaides, with the poster artwork created by Ingrid Brandth. For more information and the full screening schedule, visit the official website at www.piffcyprus.com or follow the festival on its social media channels.
