First-Ever Accessible Camp in Cyprus to Take Place in Summer 2025
A Bold, New Initiative Has Set Out to Create Inclusive Experiences for All, Starting With an Accessible Summer Camp for Youth.
Ablebook, YPARXO, and RESET are launching their joint venture, Χάι Χούι, with the first inclusive summer camp in Cyprus, taking place June 20-22, 2025.
Set in a fully accessible, nature-based setting, Χάι Χούι (pronounced Hi Hoo-ee) will bring together young people with and without disabilities for three unforgettable days, where they can connect, learn and break down barriers through engaging, hands-on experiences meant to inspire curiosity, personal development and community.
With accessibility at the forefront, the camp will feature an inclusive space, modern facilities and experienced staff, making it an experience made for all.
“Χάι Χούι is more than a camp — it’s a statement,” said Loizos Pitsillides of RESET. “We’re showing what’s possible when inclusion is not just an idea, but a reality.”
Participants will take part in a rich variety of activities that reflect the camp’s mission of inclusion, accessibility, and personal growth, including:

Social Events & Nature-Based Activities: Interactive games, group adventures, sports events and opportunities to connect and have fun.

YPARXO is the first initiative of its kind in Cyprus, dedicated to offering a comprehensive range of services including healthcare, education, sports, and professional training for individuals with disabilities.
Ablebook fosters inclusion, independence, and equal opportunity for all through its online platform. The application is designed to enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities and vulnerable groups by providing services and information around and beyond accessibility.
