Alpha Bank Cyprus Ltd has been certified as an "Employer of Equality" for the third consecutive time by the National Certification Authority for Enterprises, recognizing its Implementation of Good Practices for Gender Equality in the Workplace.

The certificate was received by the bank's Chief Human Resources Officer, Theofanis Loubas, from the Minister of Labor and Social Insurance, Yiannis Panayiotou, during a special ceremony held at the Leventis Gallery.

Alpha Bank has held this certification since 2015, consistently applying processes and practices across all areas of operation that align with the criteria of the Cypriot Certification Model. The renewal of this certification reaffirms the bank's commitment to prioritizing human resources issues, with a focus on the principle of gender equality in the workplace and equal employment opportunities.
