Life Changing Ideas has announced its last event of the season, a Negotiations Masterclass, which will be a three-hour intensive session, designed to elevate your negotiation skills and prowess. This high impact class promises to be an engaging experience that will equip participants with principles that are beyond the traditional boundaries of negotiation. 

With negotiation being recognised as one of the most important soft skills that a person could master, as well as an indispensable facet of both our professional and personal lives, the masterclass will offer participants the opportunity to properly negotiate contracts and deals, navigate discussions with people in the workplace, irrespective of position, resolve and manage conflicts, and how to take calculated risks that yield tangible results. 

Gillian Ku, a professor of Organizational Behavior at the London Business School, and a recognised world expert in decision-making and the dynamics of emotionally charged negotiations, will be at the helm of this profound learning experience. Her extensive corporate training portfolio includes renowned entities, such as Oman Oil, Roche, Rabobank and eBay. 

With a hands-on approach, Professor Gillian Ku will demonstrate how to thoroughly comprehend the intricacies of negotiations, while also providing the ability to immediately apply this knowledge as soon as you return back to your professional space.
