This figure reflects a year-on-year increase of 1.1%, which is slower than the 1.6% annual growth recorded in the fourth quarter of 2023.

Throughout the past year, the growth rate has fluctuated. The HPI increased by 1.9% in the first quarter of 2023, then decreased by 0.1%in the second quarter, rose by 0.4% in the third, and declined by 0.6% in the fourth.

On a quarter-over-quarter basis, the index experienced a substantial rise of 1.4% in the first quarter of 2024, showing a significant recovery from the decline observed in the previous quarter.
