First Graduates Of Boc Academy Celebrate Achievement
20 Bank of Cyprus Employees Graduate, Enhancing Professional Skills
The first 20 graduates of BoC Academy received their diplomas, demonstrating that it is never too late to learn. The graduates participated in programs at BoC Academy in collaboration with CIM Business School and earned certificates in specialized subjects, enhancing their knowledge and skills.
Twenty bank employees who attended courses in Strategy, Digital Marketing, Business, and Organizational Behavior received relevant certificates as part of the ongoing investment in learning and staff development.
In her address at the graduation ceremony, Ms. Irini Grigoriou Pavlidi, Executive Director of Human Resources & Transformation, congratulated the graduates and stated that "learning never ends and every experience, every piece of knowledge we gain, makes us better people and professionals."
"You have proven through your example that it is never too late to invest in ourselves and broaden our horizons. Your commitment to personal development and professional advancement shows your desire to evolve, push your limits, and achieve new heights," added the Executive Director.
She emphasized that "the skills and knowledge you have acquired will enable you to meet the modern demands of the times and open new doors in your professional career. The effort you have put in and the perseverance you have shown are admirable and set an example for all of us."
The Academy is expanding its program from the new academic year with a new cycle of programs and a new collaboration with the University of Cyprus.
BoC Academy was inaugurated in 2023 with the aim of offering all the necessary tools (reskilling & upskilling) to help the people of the Bank of Cyprus evolve and progress in a highly changing and competitive environment.
