The initiative "Teddy Bears from Home for the HOME," led by Evita Constantinou, has officially set a Guinness World Record for the largest chain of stuffed toys. The project, warmly embraced by RMHC® Cyprus, resulted in a record-breaking 17,815 teddy bears, covering a total distance of 3,521 kilometers.

This remarkable achievement was officially recognized by Guinness World Records, showcasing the power of community support and the significance of love and solidarity.

On June 2, 2024, a charity event was held at the "Aetos" stadium in Limassol, where the world's largest teddy bear chain was formed. During the event, the final count was conducted, and the Guinness World Record attempt took place. Visitors also had the opportunity to purchase teddy bears at special prices, with all proceeds dedicated to supporting the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) Cyprus.

Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) is a non-profit organization operating in over 65 countries, providing programs that directly enhance children's health and well-being.

Established in Cyprus in 2014, RMHC Cyprus is based in Nicosia and is dedicated to improving the lives of families with sick children by offering essential support whenever needed. In 2022, the first Ronald McDonald House in Nicosia opened its doors, providing free accommodation to over 600 families and offering more than 7,000 overnight stays.
