Cyprus Diaspora Forum Secures RIF Funding for high-level Business Event
The Cyprus Diaspora Forum, a prestigious business event highlighting Cyprus as a prominent business hub, has achieved a significant milestone by securing funding from the Cyprus Research and Innovation Foundation's (RIF) ‘Large-scale Events’ Programme. This funding recognises the Forum’s international reach in promoting research, technological development, and innovation, while advancing key initiatives undertaken by RIF and positioning Cyprus as a leading centre for research and innovation.
The funds will support the Forum’s objective of fostering collaboration between local and international organisations and enhancing the development of research and innovation skills. This financial backing will also ensure the long-term sustainability of the Forum as it continues to evolve into a dynamic, cutting-edge global event, placing Cyprus at the forefront of the innovation and business landscapes.

The Cyprus Diaspora Forum will take place at the Amara Hotel in Limassol, Cyprus, from 7-10 May. The event will provide a comprehensive overview of the island’s industries, while acknowledging the role of Cyprus' diaspora in promoting the island as a centre of technological advancement and lucrative business opportunities. The four-day event will conclude with the CYDIA Awards 2025 on the final evening, recognising outstanding individuals from the Cypriot diaspora across various categories.
