The initiative is designed to support professional growth, foster meaningful relationships, and inspire future leaders through mentorship and knowledge sharing.

This Cyprus-based program complements the global Women in Tech mentorship offering, while also focusing on the unique needs of the local community. Participation is open to mentors and mentees both in Cyprus and internationally, with all connections facilitated online for maximum accessibility.

Participants can register via a digital platform — mentorship.womenintech-cyprus.org — supported by a custom Telegram bot that streamlines the process of joining and engaging with the mentorship community.

Users can choose their preferred language (English, Greek, or Russian) and indicate availability for in-person meetings or online-only sessions. The platform is designed for simplicity, flexibility, and effectiveness.
