SOFTSWISS Unveils Vision for AI-Powered Business at Reflect Festival 2025

SOFTSWISS, a global tech company, showcased the results of its AI transformation at the Reflect Festival in Limassol. The company aimed to inspire other teams by sharing proven strategies for successful AI adoption. A highlight of its participation was the keynote by Deputy CTO Sergey Kastukevich, titled “AI and AI Agents in Tech: Lessons on Scaling Innovation for Any Business.”

His presentation highlighted AI’s transition from a strategic advantage to an operational necessity, demonstrating its wide-ranging applications across both technical and administrative functions at SOFTSWISS.

“Today, almost every company talks about using of AI – but a very few have actually implemented it. That’s because this is not just about adding another office tool; it’s about changing people’s mindsets and, as a result, your core business processes. The good news is that once you achieve this shift, your company will run far more efficiently,” noted Sergey Kastukevich, Deputy CTO at SOFTSWISS, during his speech.

SOFTSWISS showcased real-world applications of artificial intelligence that are already streamlining workflows and enhancing product quality.

One of the innovations is AI-powered interaction with the case database. When a technical issue is reported, the system scans historical data to find similar cases and automatically suggests solutions. This significantly reduces response time and allows engineers to focus on more complex tasks.

Another impactful use case is AI-based interface testing. With new games added to SOFTSWISS products daily, QA engineers developed a tool that accesses production environments across regions, runs verification scenarios, and alerts the team if any issues are found, ensuring stable performance and a smooth player experience.

SOFTSWISS is enhancing not only internal processes but also its products with AI-driven features. Recent innovations include intelligent fraud detection, player segmentation with tailored offers, and an AI assistant to streamline operator tasks.

During the speech, Sergey Kastukevich, Deputy CTO at SOFTSWISS, shared the company’s structured approach to cultivating an AI mindset. The framework includes an AI Governance team – top engineers who maintain an internal AI Tech Radar and align technology choices with security standards. At the team level, AI Advocates champion adoption and guide implementation of AI tools. Additionally, AI-related questions are now part of SOFTSWISS interview and evaluation processes.

Recently Sergey Kastukevich has been recognised as CTO of the Year for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at the Oracle Excellence Awards 2025.

SOFTSWISS continues to lead in the technology sector, providing innovative, flexible, and secure solutions supporting over 1,300 international brands. Its commitment to promoting innovation and digital transformation remains steadfast, strengthening its position as a global leader in the industry.
