From January to September 2024, the Index recorded a cumulative increase of 5.2% compared to the corresponding period in 2023, reflecting a steady upward trend in construction activity.

The Output Prices Index in Construction for the third quarter of 2024 rose to 120.60 units (base year 2021=100.00), showing a marginal increase of 0.7% compared to the second quarter of the same year.

When compared to the third quarter of 2023, the Index registered a 3.7% increase, indicating moderate growth in construction costs.

For the period January-September 2024, the Output Prices Index showed an overall increase of 4.3% relative to the same period in 2023, highlighting consistent growth in pricing within the sector.
