This business partnership marks not only a strategic investment in real estate but also a shared vision for further work in philanthropy and the welfare and development of communities.
The growing friendship between Cypriot businessman and philanthropist John Christodoulou and the popular Greek singer Konstantinos Argyros, which started in the realm of philanthropy and social contribution, has now extended into real estate collaboration.
The two men first collaborated in April 2023 when Konstantinos Argyros supported the 'Yianis Christodoulou Foundation' at the pan-Cypriot student competition 'Love Cyprus', performing pro bono. During the award ceremony, he sang for an entire night for more than 2,000 children.
The 'Love Cyprus' student competition aimed to showcase the talents of thousands of children from nearly 200 schools, promoting the beauty and culture of Cyprus through the creativity of these youths. The 'Yianis Christodoulou Foundation' awarded a total of €180,000 in prizes to the eight winning schools.
Konstantinos Argyros and John Christodoulou have also participated in other significant events together and with other friends, like Mariana Latsi, Anna Vissi, Mark Noble, Christian Moore, and many other celebrities, such as the award ceremony in honor of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco in Limassol last year. The award was presented to the Prince by the President of the Republic of Cyprus, in front of distinguished guests from Cyprus, Monaco, and other countries, in recognition of the Prince's undeniable work in environmental protection.
