The Landmark Towers Partner with El Greco for Interior Design in Doors, Windows, and Kitchens

The renowned Cypriot company is undertaking the import and installation of selected wooden furnishings for the residences and offices of the iconic towers The Landmark Residences and The Landmark Offices.

The Landmark Towers, owned by MHV – Mediterranean Hospitality Venture, a leading organization in luxury hospitality and premium real estate in the Eastern Mediterranean, is a landmark project for Cyprus. The selection of top-tier and trusted partners, such as El Greco, is fundamental to the successful completion of a project set to become a benchmark in quality, sustainability, and architectural excellence.

As interior design is a decisive factor for the aesthetic and functionality of every space, El Greco—one of the top Cypriot companies in the furnishings sector—is playing a substantial role in the realization of The Landmark Towers project. The company has taken on the import and installation of kitchens, wardrobes, doors, and wooden wall claddings.

El Greco Contracts Ltd was founded in 1987 by Costas Hadjidemianou in Nicosia and has since stood out in the field of indoor and outdoor furniture imports. The company continually expands its collection of branded products, offering options from some of the most well-known names in the design world. It promotes dynamic design through products that combine cutting-edge manufacturing techniques and meticulous craftsmanship. Its collections stand out for their originality, and every piece found at El Greco carries its own identity. The company has also been active in Greece since 2000, having delivered major projects including luxury residences, commercial spaces, hotels, and high-end public buildings.

El Greco’s partnership was based on the selection of leading Italian brands, ensuring that both The Landmark Residences and The Landmark Offices enjoy superior quality and refined design that enhances elegance and aesthetic appeal in each space.

The kitchens for the project were selected from the renowned Italian brand Meson’s, known for its modern design and high manufacturing quality. They feature a soft-lacquer matte finish and authentic Carrara marble surfaces, offering elegance and timelessness. The kitchens incorporate advanced systems such as touch handles and push-to-open mechanisms, built-in LED lighting for practicality and ambiance, and soft-close mechanisms on doors and drawers, which ensure silent operation and reduced wear over time. Additionally, V100 panels are used, providing excellent moisture resistance and waterproofing, further enhancing the kitchen's durability and long-term performance.

Interior doors are signed by Boffi/ADL, with a carefully curated selection of finishes. Innovative elements, such as the self-braking system and sliding control, deliver technical superiority and maximize functionality. Every detail—from hinges to locks and metal supports—has been designed with precision for maximum safety and reliability.

The bedroom wardrobes, featuring a modular design and soft-close hinges, are sourced from SanGiacomo. This acclaimed Italian house is known for its functional storage solutions that adapt to individual preferences and make efficient use of available space. The selected models, Liscia Hinged Doors and Bellavista Walk-in Closet, stand out for their design and reliability.

All three brands mentioned hold internationally recognized certifications for quality and sustainable practices, aligning with MHV’s highest standards and the specifications of The Landmark Towers.
As the official supplier for the project, El Greco reaffirms its reputation for innovative solutions, durable materials, and unique design that collectively elevate the experience of living and working in these premium spaces.
